Magdalena Zielinska, the owner, was an agent franchised by SAG (Screen Actors Guild) and AFTRA (American Federation Of Television and Radio Artists). Not satisfied to help her talent only at the agency level (sending them to jobs and auditions), she became a film producer so that she was not limited by the SAG and AFTRA rules and regulations concerning talent agents.

After devoting so much time to helping to further the careers of the talent with whom she was working, she decided to refocus her efforts on developing talent. To that end, she founded International Creative Artists in order to teach talented and motivated students the skills that they need if they want to succeed in the film, television, commercial and modeling industries.
